Insufficient resources to satisfy configured failover level for HA

I was trying to power on a virtual machine via vCenter but it failed with the following error.

“Insufficient resources to satisfy configured failover level for HA.”

The solution is to right click on the affected ESXi hosts and select “Reconfigure for VMware HA”.

I am able to power on the virtual machine after the reconfiguration.
